The department will be undergoing change and you will be a key player in ensuring this change happens effectively.

As Business Manager, you will be required to lead a number of Operational managers:

• Performance Management

This strategic role will focus mainly on the Business side although there will be elements of Operational Management

My London based NHS client is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a minimum 6 month contract.

My client is part-way through an implementation of E-Procurement software and due to maternity leave, they require an experienced E-Procurement Project Manager to pick up the project and see it through to completion. The role will run for a minimum of 6 months but likely to extend.

You will be asked to complete the implementation and drive through any changes. You will be heavily involved in Change Management, ensuring all users are aware of the new system and how to use it.

Experience of E-Procurement in a Public Sector environment would be highly beneficial but not essential.

Although, all E-Procurement experience will be considered, any Cedar (COA solutions) experience would be ideal.

This is a large and exciting project where you will be challenged.

Rates are dependent on suitability for the role.

• The main focus of the role will be leading and facilitating the development of a project from inception to financial close. You will be part of the Project Development team that scopes and delivers projects within the LIFT organisation.
• You will be developing and supporting effective communication with external stakeholders, specifically with public sector organisations responsible for commissioning services to be delivered from facilities to be provided by the LIFT organisation.
• The role requires the resourcing, planning, co-ordination and management of each specific team from both internal resource and external consultants, where appointed.


You will need the following experience in order to be considered for this role:

• Knowledge/Experience of NHS LIFT – (Local Improvement Finance Trust) or Private Finance Initiatives (PFI)
