·         This may include overseeing and mentoring junior developers.

·         Works closely with clients, vendors, and other technical staff to identify and resolve complex issues or problems that impact the environment.

·         Installs, configures, and maintains FileNet P8.

·         Provides technical support for FileNet application development.

·         Provide capacity planning and manages performance of the FileNet environment.

Main Responsibilities

Essential experience
  • At least 5 years marketing experience
  • 3 years recent experience in relevant Software or Technology Service Solutions
  • Demonstrable experience of being able to translate complex messages to non-technical audiences (internal and External)
  • Relevant marketing qualifications or equivalent and knowledge of relevant legislation
Desirable criteria
