The “Interview room” is a portal that allows to view profiles of candidates that are shortlisted to your vacancy. A short video clip is also presented so that you are able to get an idea of how the candidate would fit into your organisation. As there is an increasing amount of candidates becoming available in the current climate it is important that you the client, have a choice. This video profiling service allows you to make a decision to interview a candidate based not only on their CV. Any candidate uploaded on to your portal is a recommendation to interview-saving you the time of making that decision.

We encourage our candidates to send us video profiles to enhance their visibility to you and give you a deeper view of the candidate when viewing the shortlist. In the shortlist of candidates that we will provide, candidates with video profiles will have the video displayed inline with their section of the shortlist. All you'll need to do is simply click the Play button on the player to view the video.
