Large Acute Trust-Kent

Within this large Acute Trust based in Kent, the Director of Finance challenged Insource Select to find a replacement along with three Information Analysts.

The Trust was preferring to look for permanent replacements. However, as the candidates required NHS experience it was not going to be an easy task. A resource plan was created that would help address both short and long term plans of the Trust.

The first stage was to recruit an interim Head of Information to address the short term needs of the Trust. Next, three temporary information analysts were sourced, who all became permanent staff. Finally, the interim Head of Information assisted in resourcing the permanent replacement and completed their resourcing issues.

The Director of Finance was extremely pleased with the prompt and efficient results delivered; the Trust saved money when compared to the traditional resourcing routes of multiple print advertising in trade magazines, as well as time saved from deliberating on the broad range of candidates that would have applied as a result. Additionally the Trust was able to place confidence in Insource Select in providing candidates that matched their technical as well as personal and professional specifications; a demand few local agencies would be able to achieve.
