Insource Select Passes REC Inspection

Insource Select, a recruitment agency based in Reading, Berkshire has been successfully inspected by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC ), the trade body dedicated to improving recruitment practice in the UK.
Shaf Ali, Divisional Manager of Insource Select said: “We pride ourselves on our high standards in serving the NHS, and it is good to receive outside confirmation that our business operates to best practice in recruitment. We are confident that as our business grows we have the systems and procedures in place to enable us to maintain these high quality standards for Trusts across the UK.”

Fola Tayo, the REC’s Head of Professional Standards said: “The REC introduced its spot-check inspections in order to ensurethat REC members work to high standards. Agencies are selected on a random basis and have their working practices checked across a range of areas included within the REC’s Code of Practice and industry regulations. A high level of compliance is necessary in order to pass an inspection, and I am pleased that Insource Select has been successful in demonstrating their commitment to their REC membership and the standards we set.”
