Policy Overview
The Insource Select Ltd website does not automatically capture or store personal information, other than logging the user's IP address and session info such as the duration of the visit and the type of browser used. This is recognised by the Web server and is only used for system administration needs and to provide statistics which Insource Select uses to evaluate the use of the website.

If you select the 'Remember me' option on any of the Insource Select web fill-in forms then we will use a cookie to remember your information. However, in other cases we currently do not use cookies for collecting user information from the site. You may be asked for personal information if you want to take advantage of specific services we offer; such as online documents, demo's and subscription to our e-newsletters or e-alerts service.

Since the 1st of November 2003, and in order to be compliant with 'The Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003', Insource Select has worked on a permission-based marketing system basis. Our mailing lists are for our own exclusive use and are not sold or shared with any other organisations, however we may share this information within any of the wholly owned subsidiary companies of Insource Group Limited or strategic business partners.

This privacy policy only covers the Insource Select Website. Other links within this site to other websites are not covered by this policy.

Policy Detail - Introduction

The Insource Select Privacy Policy sets out the ways Insource Select processes personal data. This Privacy Policy only relates to personal data collected by Insource Select via the Insource Select website. Any personal data collected by Insource Select is used in accordance with data protection legislation.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to personal data provided to Insource Select by any other means or via any other website. Users should be aware that if they provide personal data to other companies, the privacy polices of those companies determine the uses to which that information is put and Insource Select's Privacy Policy will no longer apply.

Use Made of Personal Information
Personal information provided to Insource Select via the Insource Select website will be used for the purposes outlined at the time of collection. Use of Data For Direct Marketing Purposes
At each point of data collection users are given the opportunity to opt-in to receiving future direct marketing material from Insource Select. Where users do not opt-in to such communications, Insource Select will not provide information on Insource Select services, events, and training and education programmes.

By selecting one or more of the 'communication methods' within the Insource Select opt-in form you accept that your chosen option(s) will over-ride any corporate policy that your organisation may have arranged with the UK (or European Country equivalent); Fax Preference Service (FPS), Telephone Preference Service (TPS) or Mailing Preference Service (MPS).

Verifying, updating and amending your personal information
If, at any time, a user wants to verify, update or amend their personal data they may simple email their request to select@insource.co.uk

Alternatively, they may write to us at the address above. Verification, updating or amendment of personal data takes place within 7 days of receipt of the request.

Cookies
A "cookie" is a small text file that is put by a website on a user's computer hard drive. Internet browsers normally accept cookies by default; however, it is possible to set a browser to reject cookies. If a member sets up his or her browser to reject Insource Select cookies, he or she may still use the website.

This Privacy Policy applies solely to the personal data collected by Insource Select and does not apply to third party websites users may access from this website.

Insource Select is not responsible for the privacy policies of third party websites. Insource Select advises users to read the privacy policies of other websites before registering any personal data.

Security
Insource Select holds your personal data in accordance with the security provisions of the Data Protection legislation. The client information held on site at Insource Select, is secured behind a firewall, where access is limited to specific IP addresses/ports to/from our ISP mail and DNS servers. All data is backed up daily and is protected both on and off site. Internal staff access to the stored data is based on an approved 'need to know' basis to enable only certain staff members to provide the highest quality of secure communication to our customers.

If Insource Select decides to change its Privacy Policy, it will post such changes on this page so that you are always aware of how Insource Select uses your personal data.
